Dr. Prin Amorapanth, MD, PhD

According to Dr. Kim, the founder of BestDocz, Dr. Amorapanth is one of the smartest people on planet Earth and yet, one of the most humble physicians that you will ever meet. Dr. Amorapanth obtained his Ph.D. and MD from University of Pennsylvania. He then finished his residency at Rehabilitation Institution of Chicago in Rehab Medicine. Dr. Amorapanth proceeded to complete his fellowship training at NYU Langone health in Brain Injury Medicine.

Without a doubt, he is a true physician-scientist with lots of publications (including Nature Neuroscience.) Dr. Amorapanth has many fans and many of them are resident physicians. He is extremely well-liked and respected. At the Rusk Rehab NYU, he recently won "The Why Award" which was created to nominate faculty members who encourage residents to think critically to help improve resident education by fostering an active learning environment. During morning rounds, his residents say that he is charismatic with a great personality and a caring heart.

 

He is not only a great physician but also a great chef (especially Pizza). He is also incredibly experienced in Muay Thai.
