Dr. Shih is incredibly passionate about his dedication to supporting the best learning experiences of the learners. He is an entrepreneur, leading clinician, mentor, and an inspiring educator. He is a co-founder of CityMD which has now become one of the most successful urgent care walk-in medical clinics in the country with over 130 CityMD locations.

Dr. Shih has also created Master Clinicians, a continuing medical education company for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. The Master Clinicians Mentors are comprised of some of the most compassionate and knowledgeable clinicians that provide education for many emerging and new hybrid medical fields such as urgent care medicine, telemedicine, occupational medicine, and hospitalist medicine. The programs focus on providing education via utilizing various learning platforms such as conference events, workshops, webinars, and podcast.
